Maitane Alburquerque
Maitane commenced her career in immigration at the Canadian Consulate in Caracas, Venezuela. She moved to Canada to pursue a Master's degree in International Development and Globalization, before commencing employment at a law firm in Montreal and eventually joining Corporate Immigration Law Firm in 2010. She has experience with work permits, visitor visas, study permits and Permanent Residence applications, with extensive knowledge and experience with the Ontario Provincial Nominee Program. Maitane is also fluent in French and Spanish.

Mary Bartlett
Mary is an honours graduate of Humber College's Law Office Program. She has over 20 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in various areas of law, working exclusively in Citizenship and Immigration law since 1997. She worked at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP from 1990, before following the founding partners to Corporate Immigration Law Firm when it opened in January 2006. Mary has extensive experience in managing urgent requests for labour market opinions and work permits. She is also responsible for US work permits under NAFTA.

Esther Fiallos
Esther has worked in the area of immigration law for over 16 years. She graduated from Seneca College with a diploma in Legal Office Administration. Since then she has focused on business immigration, including Labour Market Opinions, work permits, Skilled Worker and Canadian Experience Class applications. She has experience with the Immigration Appeal Division, including sponsorship and removal order appeals. She also has a working knowledge of federal court procedures for overseas and inland refusals. Esther is also fluent in Spanish.

Helen Fiallos
Helen has been working in the immigration field for over 15 years, since September 1993 and has played a key role since joining Corporate Immigration Law Firm in May 2007 as a legal assistant. She has extensive experience in overseas work permits and permanent resident applications. She also has experience in preparing applications for visas to other countries such as the USA, France, China and India, as well as several South American countries. She attended Seneca College and obtained a certificate in General Office Administration and Herzing College, where she obtained a Legal Assistant Diploma. Helen is also fluent in Spanish.

Tom Hadley
Tom joined Corporate Immigration Law Firm in December 2009 as Administrative/HR Coordinator, shortly after graduating from Humber College with a post-graduate certificate in HR Management. Prior to his time with the firm he worked for Service Canada while obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Guelph. He recently received his Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification from the Human Resources Professional Association. Tom fills a variety of niches at the firm and is spearheading numerous initiatives related to better serving our clients' business needs.

Natalie Lofeudo
Natalie attended Centennial College and has a diploma as an Administrative Assistant - Legal. She has been with Corporate Immigration Law Firm since the firm's opening in January 2006 and she has worked with the partners of the firm for over 15 years. She assists and works on some of the firm's largest clients and is responsible for maintaining status charts. She has extensive experience in preparing LMO packages, work permit applications and permanent resident packages. She also assists with the Annotated Immigration and Refugee Protection Act authored by the firm partners.

Shirin Mukherjee
Shirin started with Corporate Immigration Law Firm in 2008 as a law clerk. She has recently completed the Immigration Practitioner Certificate program from Seneca College. She has 2 Master's degrees in International Relations and Political Science. She has over 8 years of experience in the field of immigration law. Shirin has experience in all areas of Canadian immigration work permits and permanent resident visas. She has developed expertise in managing and preparing criminal inadmissibility cases, restoration cases, difficult spousal sponsorship cases and provincial nominee applications. She also has the ability to manage cases involving the relocation of a large number of foreign workers for a single project or assignment. She is fluent in Hindi and Bengali. She also volunteers at WoodGreen Community Services as a Professional Mentor for their Community Connections Program.

Cammy Tam has worked in the immigration field for over 17 years after attending school in Hong Kong for Administrative and Secretarial Studies. She has a wide range of experience in LMOs, work permits, sponsorship applications and particular experience with the Ontario Provincial Nominee Program. She has successfully completed the processing of some complex work permit and permanent residence applications in her career. In her spare time Cammy volunteers as a Scout leader and in senior's homes. Cammy is also fluent in Cantonese.

Beatrice Umana has worked in immigration for over 28 years, including service at the Canadian Embassy in Guatemala City, the British Consulate, and interpreting at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and for CIC and CBSA. She has experience with a wide variety of immigrant and non-immigrant cases, including PNP, Citizenship and Sponsorship cases. Prior to joining CILF she worked on many high profile refugee and complicated Family Class cases. Beatrice is also fluent in Spanish.
